Rescuing people in mountains and difficult-to-access terrains, in addition to the priceless sacrifice, humanitarianism and volunteerism of our mountain rescuers, on the other hand, requires their superior training, knowledge and equipment.

With the growing number of interventions, mountain rescuers’ training and top-quality equipment are absolutely necessary so that our mountain rescuers can rescue quickly, successfully, and above all safely.

It is especially worth emphasizing their sincerity. Regardless of weather conditions, conditions, working hours and personal life, they respond to a call for help and go to the mountains in possible and impossible conditions with a single purpose and goal to rescue and help everyone who finds themselves in trouble in these challenging terrains.

How do you become a GRZS supporter?

You can become a supporter of the Mountain Rescue Association by making a transfer to our transaction account. With every donation, you will receive a Podpornik sticker. We will be happy for any contribution. The collected funds will be used for the training and equipment of mountain rescuers and the Okrešelj Fund.

This year, it is also possible to make a donation by scanning a QR code with your mobile phone or clicking on a web link that redirects you to the UPN payment order - there you enter your information and the desired contribution. You will then receive a UPN payment order to your e-mail address, which you must settle if you wish to donate.
